ACTIVITIES
The association is involved in a
variety of activities for the upliftment
of amputees across the state.
AAIT is also involved in an ambitious
activity called 'Amputee to Amputee
Program'. The idea behind this is to
introduce a fully rehabilitated and
healthy member of the organisation who
leads a normal life to an amputee still
in trauma. This builds for the morale not
only for the amputee but also for his/her
family members. This method has been
tremendously successful and would not
have taken flight without the support of
young men actively involved in the
activities of the organisation. Most of
them are amputees, but in no way less
than anyone else.
